WORKSHOPS that Increase Your Potential™

Increase Your Potential™ — Hands-On Workshop

What if your potential isn't something you discover—but something you can intentionally increase?

In this highly interactive workshop, Patrick Tedjamulia guides participants through The Formula for Increasing Your Potential™, helping them turn the ideas from his keynote into a practical plan for personal and professional growth.

Rather than simply learning the framework, participants apply it to themselves in real time. Through guided exercises, reflection, discussion, and hands-on activities, they identify who they have become so far—their strengths, experiences, capabilities, and opportunities for growth—and determine where they want to increase their potential next.

Participants then work through the three practices at the heart of the formula: Knowing Who You Are, Seeking Greater Understanding, and Intentionally Creating & Increasing Your Stewardship. They explore new sources of inspiration and understanding, identify ideas worth acting on, and determine what they can intentionally create, contribute, or take responsibility for to expand their capabilities.

By the end of the workshop, participants leave with more than inspiration. They leave with a personalized Increased Potential Growth Plan that identifies where they are today, where they want to grow, what they need to better understand, and the specific actions and increased stewardship that can prepare them to become capable of more tomorrow.

Workshop outcomes: Participants will identify their current strengths and growth opportunities; define an area where they want to increase their potential; discover new sources of insight and inspiration; translate ideas into meaningful action; identify opportunities to increase their stewardship and contribution; and build a practical plan for what they will do next.

The goal isn't simply to do more. It's to intentionally become capable of more.

Increase the Potential of Your People™ — Hands-On Leadership Workshop

What if the most important measure of leadership isn’t just whether your team performs today—but whether your people are becoming capable of more tomorrow?

In this interactive workshop, Patrick Tedjamulia helps leaders apply The Formula for Increasing Your Potential™ to the people and teams they lead.

Participants move beyond traditional performance management and learn how to intentionally increase human capacity. Through guided exercises, real-world application, and leadership planning, they evaluate where their people are today, identify unrealized capabilities, and determine what experiences, understanding, opportunities, and increased stewardship can help them grow.

Leaders work through the core elements of the formula from a leadership perspective: helping people better understand who they are and where they can grow, exposing them to greater understanding, creating meaningful opportunities for them to contribute and create, and progressively entrusting them with greater responsibility as their capacity increases.

Throughout the workshop, participants apply the framework directly to their own teams. They identify individuals or groups with untapped potential, examine where growth may be stalled, and design practical ways to stretch their people without simply adding more work.

By the end of the workshop, leaders leave with a personalized People Potential Plan—a practical roadmap for helping specific people on their team develop new capabilities, take on greater stewardship, and become prepared for increasingly meaningful challenges.

Workshop outcomes: Participants will learn how to recognize unrealized capability in their people; identify where team members are ready to grow; create environments that encourage learning and greater understanding; give people meaningful opportunities to create and contribute; increase responsibility in ways that build capability rather than overwhelm; and develop a practical plan for increasing the potential of their team.

The goal is not simply to get more from your people. It is to help create more within them.

The Science of Inspiration™ — Hands-On Leadership Workshop

Great leaders don’t just generate ideas. They become better at recognizing the ideas, insights, and opportunities already around them—and turning those ideas into inspiration for others.

In this interactive workshop, Patrick Tedjamulia helps leaders apply The Science of Inspiration™ to real challenges, opportunities, and ideas inside their organizations.

Participants explore how inspiration actually happens: where ideas come from, why some people recognize possibilities others overlook, and what allows an idea to move from interesting information to something worth creating.

Through guided exercises, reflection, discussion, and real-world application, leaders learn how to intentionally seek greater understanding, expose themselves to new perspectives, and increase their susceptibility to meaningful ideas. They then practice taking an idea they have received and developing it into something clear, compelling, and actionable for the people they lead.

Participants also examine how inspiration spreads. They learn how to communicate an idea in a way that helps others understand the opportunity, see why it matters, contribute their own thinking, and ultimately take stewardship for bringing it to life.

By the end of the workshop, participants leave with an Inspiration-to-Action Plan built around a real opportunity facing their team or organization—including what they need to better understand, what idea or possibility they want to develop, how they will communicate it, and how they will invite others to take ownership in creating it.

Workshop outcomes: Participants will learn how to increase their susceptibility to new ideas and opportunities; identify where they need greater understanding; recognize which ideas have the potential to create meaningful change; strengthen and develop those ideas; communicate them in ways that inspire others; and turn inspiration into intentional creation, shared stewardship, and action.

The goal isn’t simply to have better ideas. It’s to become the kind of leader who can receive meaningful ideas, develop them, and help others bring them to life.

Break Through Your Circle of Possibility™ — Interactive Breakthrough Workshop

Every leader and every team operates inside a Circle of Possibility™—the range of ideas, opportunities, responsibilities, and outcomes they currently believe are realistic.

The challenge is that most people don’t realize where that circle ends.

In this highly interactive workshop, Patrick Tedjamulia helps participants make those invisible boundaries visible—and then begin breaking through them.

Rather than focusing on traditional goal setting or performance improvement, participants examine the assumptions that shape what they currently believe is possible. They explore the experiences, beliefs, past results, organizational norms, and perceived limitations that may be quietly defining the edges of their thinking.

Participants then create a visual Circle of Possibility™ for themselves or their team. They identify what currently sits comfortably inside their circle, what lies at the edge, and what they have unconsciously placed outside it because it feels too ambitious, unfamiliar, difficult, or unrealistic.

From there, the workshop becomes a structured breakthrough exercise.

Participants challenge the assumptions behind those boundaries, seek new perspectives and sources of understanding, examine examples of what may be possible beyond their current experience, and identify one meaningful challenge that would require them—or their team—to operate beyond their present level of capability.

Leaders also explore how to create these breakthrough experiences for others. They learn how to recognize when someone is being constrained by their current Circle of Possibility™, how to expose people to new ideas and experiences, and how to entrust them with challenges that help them discover, “I can do more than I thought I could.”

The workshop culminates in a Circle of Possibility Breakthrough Challenge™: a specific opportunity, responsibility, or experiment participants will pursue that deliberately takes them beyond the edge of what they currently believe they can do.

Workshop outcomes: Participants will identify the boundaries of their current Circle of Possibility™; uncover assumptions limiting what they believe is achievable; distinguish between real constraints and inherited or untested limitations; expose themselves to new perspectives that expand what they can see; identify a meaningful challenge beyond their current capabilities; and learn how to create breakthrough experiences that expand what their people believe they can do.

Participants don’t leave simply asking, “What should I do next?”

They leave asking a more powerful question:

“What have I assumed is impossible that may simply be outside my current Circle of Possibility™?”

Increasing Your Potential in the Age of AI — Hands-On Workshop

AI is increasing what people and organizations can accomplish at an extraordinary pace.

But the most important question isn’t simply, “What can AI do?”

It’s: “What can I become capable of doing with the help of AI?”

In this hands-on workshop, Patrick Tedjamulia helps participants use AI as a tool for human expansion—not simply automation.

Using The Formula for Increasing Your Potential™, participants work through practical exercises that show how AI can help them deepen their understanding, accelerate intentional creation, strengthen judgment, expand their capabilities, and take on levels of stewardship that may have previously felt out of reach.

Participants bring a real challenge, responsibility, or opportunity from their work and use AI throughout the workshop to expand what they are capable of doing with it. They experiment with using AI to uncover new perspectives, identify blind spots, learn faster, pressure-test ideas, create higher-quality work, and move from concept to execution more quickly.

The workshop also challenges participants to think beyond efficiency.

Instead of asking, “How can AI help me do my current work faster?” they explore a more transformational question:

“What could I take responsibility for now that I could not have handled before?”

Through guided exercises, participants identify areas where AI can extend their capabilities while also strengthening the human skills that become more important as technology advances—curiosity, judgment, creativity, discernment, learning, decision-making, and responsibility.

By the end of the workshop, participants leave with a Potential Expansion Experiment™: a real-world challenge they will use AI to tackle at a higher level than they previously could, along with a clear plan for what they will learn, create, improve, or take stewardship for next.

Workshop outcomes: Participants will learn how to use AI to seek greater understanding; uncover new insights and perspectives; accelerate intentional creation; strengthen—not replace—human judgment; expand the scope of what they can personally accomplish; identify opportunities to take on greater stewardship; and build the habits required to continuously increase their value in an AI-powered organization.

The goal is not simply to become better at using AI.

It is to become more capable because of how you use it.
